Important Notes

• Continuous time policy: Hours are billed from arrival/setup through end of performance plus breakdown. You cannot split setup and performance into separate windows. For example, if the band sets up at 2 PM and the show ends at 8 PM, that is 6.5 hours (6 hours + 30 min breakdown) — not just the performance time.
• Sound check: Setup includes a sound check where each instrument is tested through the sound system, followed by the band playing a song together. This ensures everything sounds great for the performance. It can be a bit loud, so if your guests will be arriving during setup, you may want to plan the band's arrival time accordingly.
• Set breaks: The band takes a short set break (approximately 10 minutes) for every hour of performance. Set breaks are included in your requested performance time — for example, a 2-hour booking includes roughly 1 hour 50 minutes of music and one 10-minute break.
• Sound requirements: If the venue or client provides sound, adequate equipment per our stage plot must be available, operated by a competent sound engineer familiar with live salsa music.
• Power: Sufficient electrical power must be provided to the stage area.
• Travel: Travel is included from central Fort Collins. Events beyond the free travel zone are charged at the band hourly rate for extra travel time.
